The Zukunf Project Hope is based in a major Swiss industrial region: the canton of Neuchâtel, with emblematic cities such as La Chaux-de-Fonds and Le Locle. These areas have historically been shaped by strong manufacturing activity (watchmaking, microtechnology), often organized in rotating shifts (3×8 system).
This intense work rhythm has a direct impact on family life and the mental health of parents, especially those caring for children who require constant attention. The Zukunf Project Hope operates precisely where social and industrial pressure is greatest, to build an innovative and humane support model.
